Meditate means develop your mind to focus on one single concentration without any other thoughts. But, when you start meditation you will stock on the first step. There is a soul or spirit that is called aatmaa in each living beings for operating each beings life cycle.
When a person gets aware of own soul existence, that step is the stage of higher states of consciousness in meditation. Once we reach to zero thoughts stage, a stage of no thought state of mind or empty mind. Same time our spiritual journey begins to awareness of own soul. This is the state of enlightenment filled with spiritual cosmic powers and a bundled of knowledge and awareness.
So, what a person supposed to think about? What to think about? What to focus on when you meditate? To answer these questions, I’m going to provide you only two steps after then you will get all crystal clear concept.
